Built along the lines of the basic bicycle, the Arihant aero rider aids the leg-stretch exercises to build resistance and flexibility. How to Use ?
1. Place your buttocks on the seat and feet on the foot bar. Hold on to the hand bars and pull the bars towards your body as you push the leg bars away. You actually raise your body up and down on the seat while doing this movement.
2. Beginner: Start with as low as 10-15 repititions and aim to reach 3 sets of 10 repititions, slowly increasing 2-4 repititions each week.
Advanced: Do 3 sets of 15 repititions each.
3. This is wonderful full body exerciser and helps in strengthening core muscles like abdominals, back extensors as well as hip and knee muscles.
4. Breath out as you raise your body up and breath in while moving down.
5. Elderly clients who have not done any workout before and also knee ailments need to avoid this.
